This Privacy Policy explains how Twosquares collects, uses, and protects information when you use Juniper - Baby Tracker.
1. Information we collect
- Account information such as email address and authentication identifiers.
- Baby profile and routine data that you enter in the app.
- Subscription and billing status information through platform providers.
- Product analytics events (for example onboarding completion, quick-log usage, sync and paywall flow events), app version/build, platform, locale and coarse device metadata.
2. How we use your information
- To operate core app features and sync your data across your devices.
- To provide subscription entitlements and premium functionality.
- To improve product quality, reliability, and security through aggregated analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Analytics and product improvement
We use PostHog to understand how features are used and to improve app reliability and user experience. Our client-side analytics endpoint is https://eu.i.posthog.com.
- We do not include baby names, note text, or other free-text journal content in analytics events.
- Analytics may be associated with your account identifier when you sign in, to support product analytics across sessions.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers that support app operations (for example infrastructure, authentication, and subscription processing), under contractual obligations. This includes analytics processing by PostHog.
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. You can request account deletion or specific data deletion at /account-deletion.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transit channels and restricted access controls for backend systems.
