1. Service use

You must use the app lawfully and are responsible for maintaining account credentials and device security.

2. Medical disclaimer

Juniper - Baby Tracker supports personal tracking and organization. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare guidance.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Juniper offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features. Available plans, billing periods, and prices are shown in-app before purchase and may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan unless changed by Apple under its policies.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase. We do not issue refunds for App Store purchases; refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

If a free trial or promotional period is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.

4. Account and data termination

You can request account deletion and data deletion as described at /account-deletion.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twosquares is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

7. License scope

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with applicable platform rules. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by applicable law.

8. External services

The app may link to or rely on third-party services (such as app marketplaces, payment processors, analytics, and cloud infrastructure). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or separate terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated by you or us. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and discontinuing use.

11. Export compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargoes or sanctions that prohibit use of the app, and you will comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.

12. Governing law

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
